Our purpose
Baking has always been a passion of mine. After years of making desserts and half joking about selling them for a living we started developing a plan. My wife and I began the dream to open a real bakery while I was being furloughed at the beginning of the Covid-19 stay at home mandate. While seeming like a bad thing at first turned out to be the kick that was needed.
Having worked in healthcare for a decade it was time for a change. After spending so much time at home during my furlough with our daughters, I knew that is where I wanted to be as much as I could. Following several months of research and talking with other home bakers our plan started to take shape. We are still developing some flavors and techniques but have come a long way from altering boxed cakes and brownies. Almost all of our recipes are our own development after several delicious trials and some excellent failures.
We are currently an in home bakery under the Cottage Food Law but hope to, one day, open a brick and mortar.
